Job description

1. Strong Policy Administration system understanding (preferably DXC IP products like wmA, CyberLife, Vantage-One, etc.), and life insurance domain expertise. Ability to comprehend and deliver the business requirements, document complex functional and non-functional requirements for new products, system enhancements and modifications. Ability to oversee, plan and design highly complex business processes and make recommendations in order to improve and support the business activities
2. Possess a good handle on Test Management and Quality Acceptance practices, along with devising an acceptable test criteria framework for interface and integration testing
3. Work closely with the technical team to grasp the program, job language and internal system functionality, in order to assist in defining solutions that meet the business stakeholder’s needs
4. Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders located in multiple geographies for the product/business feature roadmap. Assist in analysis, requirement development and document testing strategy for major enhancements and upgrades
5. Coordinate on information technology discussions and updates; provide project team guidance/support throughout the release lifecycle
6. Participate in reviews and inspections to verify the implementation of 'intent of change/definition of done' through the entire project release
7. Provide estimates and demos, along with good exposure to Agile/JIRA, DevOps, RESTful, and ACORD concepts
8. Create and maintain the business workflow for business process domains to ensure alignment with the organization's technology priorities

Profile

1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems (or) related field preferred
3. Relevant years of business processes and business analysis experience (preferably LOMA certification)
4. Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within the organization
5. Experience working with business processes and re-engineering
6. Proficient with programming concepts, Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.

1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. In-depth analytical, requirements gathering and story grooming skills
3. Ability to lead and work in a fast-paced SAFE® Agile model comprising of multiple teams & geographies involving time overlaps
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks seamlessly
