Job description

Leads relationships and works with customers to define integrations strategies and serves as a liaison for product integration issues to ensure quality customer service.
Develops and leads integration efforts for clients to ensure success. Gathers client feedback and implements enhancements and improvements as appropriate.
Leads reinsurance application implementation project teams through all stages of the project life cycle through to successful conclusion and closedown of the project.
Ensure all project management information systems are kept up to date and provide regular status updates, including project metrics to the project stakeholders.
Ensures compliances with DXC’s project management methodologies.
Look for and exploit opportunities to provide additional value to our customers.
Supports the sales team with responses to RFI / RFP’s.
Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

Key contact for aligning Reinsurance team activities with those of other DXC teams where a program involves other DXC services or products.
Basic Qualifications

Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred
Project management (PMI) certification preferred
Five or more years of experience in project management
Experience working with software, systems, applications, and network markets
Experience working with product configurations
Experience working with project management tools, processes, procedures and methods
Reinsurance knowledge preferred

Other Qualifications

Experience with traditional project management methodologies and Agile approaches
Strong communication skills to communicate with customers (from ground level personnel to C level executives), support personnel, and management
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong presentation skills to present ideas or tasks to individuals or groups
Leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to convert technical knowledge into easily understood terms
Willingness to travel when required
